SVPP empowers students with the skills and knowledge to build a safer, more respectful campus community. Through a four-year education and prevention experience, students learn how to support others, build healthy relationships, engage across differences, and take action to prevent harm. SVPP is a key part of Dartmouth’s commitment to fostering a culture of care and respect.

AMP provides guidance for campus events where alcohol is served to create a safe, responsible, and enjoyable experience. By fostering a culture of personal responsibility and mutual respect, AMP helps build positive social experiences.

Dartmouth student organizations participate in the Student Organization Accountability Program, a review process every four years that helps organizations assess their contributions to the campus community. The Office of Student Involvement provides support for student organization leaders and offers trainings throughout the year on team building and other issues that student leaders and members need to navigate to create a culture that is welcoming to all members and supportive of the goals and values of their organization. Greek Life staff support Greek organizations and student societies through advising, leadership training, a speakers series on key campus issues, and other educational opportunities.
