Announcing Student Affairs Staff Members

Katherine Lee, headshot
Katherine Lee joins Dartmouth's Division of Student Affairs as the director of administrative operations. Katherine received her bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire and earned her master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Most recently, Katherine was the stewardship and advancement operations manager at the New Hampton School, where she supported the development and communications partnership and served as a liaison to the Board of Trustees. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Katherine lives in Webster with her husband and their Great Pyrenees-German Shepherd rescue dog.

Katherine is excited to join the Dartmouth community and is eager to begin supporting the initiatives of Student Affairs and mission of the institution. She will oversee the central DOSA office management, plan and execute DOSA events and gatherings, support personnel and assessment initiatives, as well as co-supervise the DOSA office administrative assistant with the assistant dean of student affairs.

She is currently a Dartmouth MALS graduate student, pursuing a writing degree. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts, in Art History and European Studies, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Emily was an assistant at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and spent the last seventeen years raising her five children. 

Emily is eager to be involved in fostering the vibrant, dynamic, and inclusive atmosphere that is at the heart of the Dartmouth community. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments with the dean of the college, the assistant dean for student affairs, and the director of Greek Life and Student Societies, supporting the director for administrative operations at DOSA meetings and other divisional programs, and managing the central DOSA office.

Bridget Colacchio, the inaugural director of family support and engagement, will lead the Family and Supporter Liaison Team and Family Orientation, curate the Family Newsletter, serve as the DOSA representative for Family Weekend planning, and work with DOSA staff on developing initiatives to proactively engage with, inform, and support all families as they navigate the Dartmouth experience.

We are delighted to welcome Bridget, Katherine, and Emily to the Division of Student Affairs on June 17.
